Tytalos Guardian Raid Guide

Tytalos Introduction

Tytalos is the last Raid Level 2 Guardian and you need to be at least 580 Item Level to enter this Guardian Raid. This Guardian drops Tier 1 Accessories, Upgrade Materials and Ability Stones as well as rare drops including Runes, Engraving Books and Cards. It takes 10% more damage from Fire Element skills and the recommended Combat Items are: HP Potion, Panacea, Pheromone Bomb and Flare.

This Guardian has a way smaller attack pool compared to the previous TIER 2 Guardian, Yoho of the Flames. Even if the pace of the fight feels slow, some signature skills can punish you severely if you are careless.

This is the first time you get introduced to a one shot mechanic, meaning you instantly die if the interaction isn't performed properly. The signature attack of Tytalos is called, Annihilation which requires you to interact with the sand cyclones at the correct moment. If the timing is off, you get one shot.

This Guardian guide assumes you know the basics of a Guardian Raid. Check out the General Raid Guide to learn more.

Counterable Charge

Counter attack is possible during the charge attack pattern. At the start of this attack animation, the Guardian glows blue. The player has a short window to cast a skill with a Counter Attack affix while standing in front of the Guardian. If you manage to pull this off fast enough, the Guardian's attack will be interrupted and staggered for a few seconds. This gives you and your team a short window to use buffs and deal additional damage.

This charge attack can hit you multiple times and deal moderate damage if you fail to time your counter skills properly.

Paw Strike

Similar to other Guardian's Paw Strike attacks, Tytalos targets a player in front of it and strikes twice. The first strike staggers the player and the second strike knocks the player up. This attack deals low damage.
