When he spawns, he will be in all channels of one random zone and stay for around 25 minutes. The spawn times for himare 12:30, 3:30, 4:30, 6:30, 7:30, and 10:30 for both AM and PM.

Gourmet Stir-fried Mushroom is one of the most frustrating cooking items to craft because of the poor drop rate of Sweet Uncooked Mushroom. From any of these locations below, you must acquire 20x Stale Uncooked Mushroom, 10x Sour Uncooked Mushroom and 5x Sweet Uncooked Mushroom to craft the item. The 4th cooking ingredient Pink Mushroom Stir-fry Sauce, drops from Kohinorr, the field boss in Iron Hammer Workshop.
Acquire Fresh Worm Head from any of these Worm Larva in Iron Hammer Workshop. You use it at the cook to craft Prepped Worm Head. On crit craft, you will receive Prepped Worm Skin. You need 30x Prepped Worm Head and 5x Prepped Worm Skin to craft Worm Head Jelly.
Iron Hammer Mine
This item requires a few steps for the cooking ingredients. First you must complete the Una's Tasks, Quality Check, Research and Development, or Market Research to receive Food Chest for Trade. The 2nd and 3rd Una's Task only appears once you complete the prior Una's Task a certain amount of times.
To unlock this Una's Task, make sure you complete the yellow quest chain from Minar. The first quest in the chain is called Father and Daughter.
Opening Food Chest for Trade will give you either Quality Imported Seafood, Quality Imported Produce or Quality Imported Meat. You then take each item to the cooking pots below to receive their individual stews. You need Thick Seafood Stew, Thick Harvest Stew, and Thick Meat Stew to craft Great Stew at the cook.
